A part of Workbox is a web-based graphical designer. The modeled processes are presented in a readable and vivid way. The designer is very easy to both understand and use.
Integration with SharePoint:
A great advantage of Workbox 2010 is its deep integration with SharePoint platform. Workbox 2010 was created as a SharePoint add-in. It does not have its own database and workflow engine. Workbox 2010 utilizes SharePoint lists and libraries as data repository and Windows Workflow Foundation as a workflow engine. Workbox 2010 runs on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 as well as on Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 platform.
Flexibility:
